66

Holy cow! The first place Cubs beat the Yankees 4-1 on Sunday behind a dominant start from Shota Imanaga (7 IP, 2 H, 1 BB, 1 ER, 6 K), Daniel Palencia's 12th save, and homers from Michael Busch & Dansby Swanson!

The win gave the North Siders the series win over New York, and maintained their one game lead over the surging Brewers.

The All-Star Break is upon us, giving most of the team a nice respite and giving Pete Crow-Armstrong, Kyle Tucker, and Matt Boyd some well-deserved recognition.

The Cubs kick off a six-game interleague homestand Friday against Boston.

96 games down, 66 to go.

GO CUBS GO!
